We collaborate with development to ensure a smooth and seamless implementation. We monitor the results and suggest a backlog for future implementations to optimize the impact of the redesign.
Product Re-Design Services
We protect your digital systems and minimize risks in your company
Transform your digital product to meet user needs and align with your business goals. We identify and solve key usability and design issues, creating impactful experiences for your users and metrics.
What is Product Re-Design?
Product Re-design consists of redoing a digital product that already exists on the market and focusing on its redesign or the necessary improvements in its usability and/or experience, ensuring that it meets the current needs of users and the business.
At LoopStudio, this involves thoroughly analyzing an existing digital product, identifying its weak points in design and user experience, and redesigning it with a user-centered and accessibility-focused approach.
Our Approach
We analyze and design, considering heuristics that ensure the decisions’ objectivity.
We always suggest working with design systems and adapted component libraries, which guarantee consistency in complex products such as cybersecurity products.
We work closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure an efficient implementation that is aligned with business objectives.

Why is it important to redesign a digital product?
A redesign is essential to maintaining product relevance in a constantly evolving digital environment. It resolves usability issues, improves product perception, and aligns the experience with current user expectations.
What changes can it generate in the business and the user experience?
In the business, it can translate into greater operational efficiency (allocating resources consciously), better conversion, and greater customer retention. For users, it means a more intuitive, accessible, and satisfying experience, strengthening the emotional connection with the product.

Benefits
The redesign improves the user experience and boosts key metrics such as retention, conversion, and engagement. We have gotten clients to see significant increases in active product use after simplifying critical flows and functionalities.
It is also very important for us to consider that the products comply with digital accessibility standards (such as WCAG), allowing more people to use them and expanding the user base.
A more positive and memorable experience is guaranteed by improving usability and simplifying flows.
An optimized design reduces rework in development and facilitates future product maintenance.
We updated the visual and functional design so that the product stands out in its market, always considering the latest trends.
This solution is ideal for:
- Companies looking to modernize digital products that do not meet the expectations of current users.
- Organizations that want to solve specific usability problems or improve key metrics such as conversion and retention.
- Startups and companies that want to reposition their product in the market or expand to new audiences.
- Businesses that want a uniform user experience across all their digital products.
- Organizations that manage complex products and need consistency in their design, such as those in the cybersecurity sector.
What specific problems does this service solve?
Complicated or unintuitive user flows that lead to frustration and abandonment.
Visual or interaction inconsistencies that affect brand perception and user trust.
Accessibility problems that do not consider users with different abilities.
Difficulties integrating new features or scaling the product due to a lack of robust design systems.
Information architecture that is too complex, which not only makes it difficult to visualize the organization from the front-end but also complicates the creation of everything that is needed from the back-end.
Our re-design process
We begin by contextualizing the product, its users, and the strategic objectives. We analyze the current state and prioritize the areas for improvement.
We begin the proposal, which includes solutions aligned with the needs detected. We justify each of the choices and give options to be able to count alternatives.
If we have the client’s permission, we always suggest creating functional prototypes and validating them with real users. A practice similar to the one we carry out in the last stage of the Design Sprint.
What key activities are done at each stage?
- 1. Initial Exploration: we carry out User Research and Competitive Analysis. We try to define clear objectives and expectations with stakeholders and the client.
- 2. Evaluation: Based on heuristics, we carry out an experience and design audit. Here we identify friction points in the current flow.
- 3. Proposal: We always design from low fidelity to high fidelity, making sure to focus on the important points in each of the stages: Creation of wireframes, prototypes and new flows.
- 4. User Testing: In the case of being able to test the prototype, we generate virtual interviews guided by a PM where we carry out usability tests with real users. We then iterate the design based on the findings of the tests.
- 5. Documentation: We always carry out detailed documentation for greater understanding and fluidity of the hand-off with development teams.
